사역 내용 (중고등부 사역자)
• 예배 인도: 중고등부 주일 예배 설교 및 인도
• 교육: 주일 성경공부 공과 개발 및 교사 교육
• 목양: 학생리더 양육, 상담, 심방 등.
• 특별 행사: 수련회, 선교여행, 부흥회 등 계획 및 진행
지원 자격
• 미국에 합법적으로 취업 가능한 분
• 정규 신학교 M.Div. 또는 기독교 교육학 과정 중이거나 졸업하신 분
• 언어: 영어 필수 (한국어 가능한 분 우대)

Hiring Full-Time Youth Ministry Pastor
Austin Korean Presbyterian Church (AKPC), located in Austin, Texas, is seeking a full-time pastor to lead the Youth Ministry (Middle and High School). AKPC is a member of the ECO denomination and is a Christ-centered church growing by God's grace through the vision of "Walking with Jesus" (Scripture, Discipleship, Missional Community).
Job Responsibilities (Youth Ministry Pastor)
• Worship Leader: Preach and lead the Sunday worship service for the youth group
• Education: Develop Sunday Bible study curriculum and train teachers
• Pastoral Care: Mentor student leaders, provide counseling and visitation
• Special Events: Plan and lead retreats, mission trips, revivals, etc.
Qualifications
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited seminary with a M.Div. or a degree in Christian education
• Language: English fluency required (Korean proficiency is a plus)

Compensation

• Moving Expenses: Covered based on distance
